Operation Sanctuary 17/17 + NCOP/NCED1/NCED2
OK, so the last episode is a recap which, ironically, recaps events from the alternative timeline (episodes 9'-12'), even though it was originally broadcasted after the regular ep9-12. Guess the purpose was to confuse the viewers.
I've replaced about 30 lines in the SS track with Zalis translations from episodes 9'-12', to maintain consistency and also because some of the original lines made no sense. I didn't do this with the Ayu track, because it is generally inferior and you shouldn't use it anyway.
D.C. II: Da Capo II 05/13
Now, this episode was not too easy to do, because of some annoying signs (in addition to an insert song). Anyway, thanks to Coreydbz for unveiling the existence of animetosho; DDLs for this episode should eventually appear here.

Operation Sanctuary 13-16/17
OK, here are the DVD specials. Thank Zalis for the translation.
This is basically an alternative route. Remember that this anime is based on a game/visual novel, and such games often have multiple routes, leading to the main hero ending up with different girls. So why anime can't have them?
The split takes part after episode 8. In episode 8, Naoki and Mikoto were running around the town searching for Yuusuke. Then they had some conversation in which Mikoto was telling Naoki about her past. Episode 9' continues from there.

Operation Sanctuary 12/17
This is the first ending of this show. Stay tuned for the four DVD special episodes, never available in English before, three of which are already translated by Zalis. They are basically alternative versions of episodes 9-12, with alternative ending. They also have much more plot :)

D.C. II: Da Capo II 01/13
New DVD rip with revised subtitles.
Video: x264 (10-bit) 712x476 16:9 VFR crf 13
Audio: Japanese AC3 2.0 448kbit/s
Subtitles 1: Translation by Shinsen-Subs, edited by Zalis / ReDone Subs
Subtitles 2: Translation by ASF
Screen comparison vs ASF
Screen comparison vs SHS
J-G screens were resized to ASF resolution for the first screen comparison. As you can see, higher resolution HDTV rip doesn't necessarily mean that it has more details than good old DVD rip. Besides you can notice that the DVD version is not as heavily sharpened, for better or worse. (The video is unfiltered.)
Also, I've switched to 10-bit x264 starting from this release.

Operation Sanctuary 01-03/17
Better late than never ;-)
Video: x264 712x476 16:9 VFR crf 15
Audio: Japanese AC3 2.0 448kbit/s
Subtitles 1: Translation by Static-Subs
Subtitles 2: Translation by Ayu
Translation by Static-Subs is better, therefore it is the default track.
This release will also feature four DVD-only episodes never available in English before, which will be hopefully translated by Zalis.
