Yakitate!! Japan 01-69/69
This is one of those shows which were taking space on my HDD for several years (ISOs are 117Gb), while I was thinking if I should work on them or not. Now that I know how to OCR color Impress BT font with pretty good quality (using VideoSubFinder + FineReader with custom pattern), I think I can handle it.
Video: x264 (8-bit) 712x480 4:3 VFR crf 16 (unfiltered)
Audio: Japanese AAC 2.0 ~320kbit/s (-q 0.85)
Subtitles: English softsubs, translation by Anime-Empire
Here's screen comparison with Anime-Empire hardsub.

Itazura na Kiss 01-25/25 + extras
Yeah, I'll be doing this.
The HDTV version from BakaWolf-m.3.3.w is bitrate starved to death (140Mb for 720p? WTF?!), therefore DVD version has way better video and audio quality. See the screen comparisons. Also, it looks like the animation got somewhat an upgrade in the DVD release, as demonstrated in the second screen comparison.
Screen comparison 1
Screen comparison 2 (yes, those are exact same frames).
Video: x264 (10-bit) 712x472 16:9 crf 14 (unfiltered)
Audio: Japanese AC3 2.0 224kbit/s
Subtitles: English softsubs, translation by m.3.3.w

Kagihime Monogatari Eikyuu Alice Rondo 01-13/13 + extras
Aka Key Princess Story: Eternal Alice Rondo.
Video: x264 (8-bit) 712x476 16:9 VFR crf 17 (unfiltered)
Audio: Japanese AC3 2.0 384kbit/s
Subtitles: English softsubs, translation by Froth-Bite, edited by Zalis / ReDone Subs
Screen comparison versus Froth-Bite hardsub. The last picture compares subtitles: they have similar styling to Froth-Bite hardsub, except of being a little bit larger and not using fake italics.
Big thanks to Zalis for transcribing and editing subtitles, initial styling, and for translating the extras (image songs). Read this post for his take on the series and the subs.
