Although Animeforce release supposedly uses DVD source, it has the following problems:
1. It is hardsubbed.
2. The first episode has horrible video quality.
3. The second episode has horrible typesetting with lots of 3- and even 4-liners.
4. Aspect ratio is incorrect.

Nice Work on the first episode. The quality difference is major in this case.

ReplyDeleteBut you forgot to mention the uncropped black bars and terribad audio quality (56 kbps mp3) in Force's ep 1. 2nd episode's video is better but still bad, with so-so (128 kbps mp3) audio. All in all, definitely worth a re-release, even though the original was DVD source.
