Akahori Gedou Hour Rabuge 11/13 + 01-05v2 + NCOP1/NCOP2/NCED


And, as promised, name correction patch for episodes 1-5.
List of changes:
Akunoko -> Akumako
Ayumi -> Aimi
Hokuke -> Hokke
Yuko -> Yoku
Useki -> Seki
Nyaino -> Nyaeno
Mariam -> Marinyan
+ Element of ... -> Elemental of (in Gedou Otome Tai transformation scenes)
Everything else (video, etc) is the same.
