Here is the fifth Da Capo omake, translated by Zalis / ReDone Subs.
Similar to omake 2, this one is in WMV9 format. Video quality is worse than of omake 2, but there is no DVD or better raws available, so that's it.

D.C.S.S. Da Capo Second Season omake 2
This is the second Da Capo omake, never available in English before!
All credits for the translation go to Zalis of ReDone Subs.
Since I don't have DVDISOs for the 2nd (and 5th) omakes, I'll have to use WMV9 raws for them. I won't transcode these raws, they'll be released as WMV9 inside matroska. So, if you have problems playing it - find DVDISO for me and then I'll do an x264 release :) But I tested this omake under Windows (using MPC-HC and VLC), Linux (using mplayer), and MacOS Snow Leopard (using mplayer extended), and all these systems play it just fine.

Subtitles: English styled softsubs, translation by Shinsen-Subs.
Screen comparison with Shinsen-Subs TV rip (note about snapshot #4: those are exact frames, it seems some parts were redrawn in the DVD release)
Extras from the DVDs, which will be released later: 3 creditless endings and 1 opening. There are also 7 omakes w/o translation - they might eventually be translated by Zalis if he gets into the right mood. So bug him if you want them.
